Refund Policy

When Refunds May Be Granted

Refunds or replacements are only issued if:

    •    Your item arrives damaged or seriously defective

    •    You contact me within 7 days of delivery

    •    You provide clear photo proof of the damage

 

If approved, I’ll either remake the item or issue a refund depending on the situation.

What’s Not Covered

Refunds will not be issued for:

    •    Change of mind

    •    Lost mail after tracking says “delivered”

    •    Slight variations in color, shape, or size.
