Handmade Products & Orders

All items are handmade, meaning no two are exactly alike. Slight variations are normal (and fun). Orders must be paid in full before I begin processing. I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons like payment issues or inappropriate messages. Once placed, orders cannot be changed or edited.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping timelines are listed on the Shipping Policy page. I’m not responsible for delays, damage, or lost items once the package is with USPS. All sales are final, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 7 days of delivery and I’ll do my best to make it right. See the Refund Policy page for more info.
